ethics of selling paranormal skills

I believe people have the right to sell any skill they have so long as they aren't lying about it. At the same time some skills are so rare that the prices get so outrageous. Plus how do you prove you're telling the truth. Some things are so easy to fake because people want to believe. At the same time some things are so hard to prove that without a little faith you get no where. It's a catch 20/20 that has plagued paranormal workers since the gypsies. Have a nice day.
