P. Elrod writes vampire stories with a Dick Tracy feel. They are fun to read if not just a bit cheesy. I must admit I haven't read much of this author. But I do plan on reading more in the future.

Finally one I have read. I'd have to dig them up to tell you about them... Darn, I looked and can't find them, but I believe he is a Vampire Sleuth with a friend.
Other authors....
Charlaine Harris - vampires and stuff in the south, very cute.
Tanya Huff - big series takes place in Canada.
Jim Butcher - Blew on to the scene, if you haven't read his books get cracking because a TV series is in the works.
My Husband keeps telling me I should review books on my blog, I read so many for fun and for school. Oh, the things I have read. I like your anaylsis and love your author choices, I have heard of some and may look for others.
