Captains Fury is a fast paced high energy book about a young military person thrust into the position of captain in a war against creatures from far away. They don't know much about this other species of beings and this young captain just wants to keep as many of his men alive as he can. One death is to much death.

Cursor's Fury by Jim Butcher. Science Fiction. I'm listening to this book on MP3. This is the third book in the Codex Alera series. Tabby is put into a new legion of soldiers in order to learn more and to keep an eye on how things are going. You learn so much about the characters in this book. I can't wait to get my hands on the next one.

Nina is a dental hygienist that gets a bite taken out of her while suctioning a patients mouth. Greg is a hot hot hot vampire clan leader. He's almost 500 yrs old and he's never made a vampire before. Nina is his first and dear gawd does she have a mouth on her. Trucker talk is all she knows and she's not interested in learning anything else. And boy is she pissed that her life has ended and now she's undead.

Accidentally dead is full of fun. One action packed moment after another leads to a bunch of crazy nights. You'll find yourself laughing through all the trials and tribulations these characters go through.

The Awakening by Kelley Armstrong. Teen Fiction. Second book in the trilogy. Chloe, Derek, and Simon are running away from the Edison group. The Edison group wants to run experiments on them and then kill them. They discovered this in the first book the Summoning. Knowing this it's very important that they get away and stay away. Only the Edison group isn't their only problem. Werewolves, Witches, and demons OH MY.

I had fun reading this book and I'm so glad that the new teen authors are writing good books that just happen to star teenagers.
