Ambassador's Mission by Trudi Canavan

I will admit, it took me a bit to shift gears and get into reading this one. The style is so very different then what I've been reading lately. Once I got into it though I really enjoyed it. I'm plan on downloading more of her books soon. Basically, the universe is a magical one that doesn't have any technology. So you're in a more traditional old school fantasy setting. The main character is the sun of the woman from her first series in the universe. If you haven't read the Magicians guild series you probably want to before reading this one. Read and Enjoy!

A Local Habitation by Seanan McGuire

What does the realms of Fae and a computer network have in common. I wouldn't have thought much but I'd have been wrong apparently. McGuire has the most wonderful imagination and I look forward to opening each of her imaginative works of art each time I open her books. Read and Enjoy!

Blood Rites by Jim Butcher

I don't know why I've waited so long to read this series. I can totally see Murphy and Dresden together in the end of everything. They face the horrors of the universe with each other so often that it really creates a bond that not many could end. Basically, the vampires are out to get Dresden and he wants to not die. Read and Enjoy!

Deadline by Mira Grant

OMG I love these books. I never thought I would love zombie books since I'm not much into horror since the fourth grade but these are different. One disclaimer, this book has a horrible cliff hanger ending and you may want to wait to read it until the third one comes out. So basically, the zombie apocalypse happened and we're living in a society that is completely different then we see it today. The main character has lost his sister and is seeking revenge. Read it and enjoy.
