Green Lantern

I enjoyed the movie. I know a lot of people didn't care for it but I feel it followed the original feel of the comic book it was made from. Yes it is cheesy so was the comic book. There is a scene at the end of the credits so don't take off the second they start to scroll. I'm sure there will be a second one and I'll go see that one too.

Smokin' Seventeen by Janet Evanovich

Yay! we listened to this book driving to and from AnthroCon 2011. It was a great way to start and end our vacation. I really enjoyed it. It wasn't worn out and old like I was worried it might be. Stephanie is unsure of her love life. Lola and Grandma are still crazy. Mom still irons a lot and tries to set her daughter up. I look forward to the next one. Write more please.

Red - Rated R

I found this movie hilarious. I would watch it again if it went to netflix live stream. A retired CIA killer is in love with a girl he talks to over the phone. When someone tries to kill him he runs off and kidnaps the girl to keep her alive. Then he partners with a bunch of his old buds and goes after the bad guys.

You're So Vein by Christine Warren

I love this authors titles. They're always so funny. This is a book in The Others series. The main characters in this one is a former model who hates Others and a 800 year old vampire. The former model is of course turned into a vampire right off the bat and the 800 year old vampire saves her from the bad guys only to be treated to her viscous temper and fiery personality.

Paprika - Movie

This movie was very surreal. It was basically a trip through dreams of people who need some mental help. I think it warns against the trials and tribulations of messing with peoples brains with untested technology. I'm glad it's over but it wasn't weird enough to stop it half way through.

Hungry For You by Lynsay Sands

Ok, so they are starting to get a bit similar. Basically, a immortal finds their lifemate. They fall in love and try to convince the person into loving them. Then they have to convince the person they've fallen in love with that they're not so bad even if they have fangs and drink blood. Maybe even that person wants fangs and a steady diet of blood too. I still love them and want to read every one she puts out. I've got the next one on my bedside table right now. :)

Kung Fu Panda 2

This movie was full of awesomeness. I will own it when it comes to dvd even though I now have netflix. I want to go back to the movie theater now and watch it again even as I type this. It was funny, insightful, and there was a lesson that kids can learn from. Now I wanna go to the dojo and do more judo. Later.

Dead Reckoning by Charline Harris

OK, Where is the next one? What I have to wait another year. Nooooo, I need more. I'm jonsing for more Sookie. I guess I'll have to let netflix send me some trueblood. I really enjoy these. I did find an author note that made it past the editor but it just me chuckle that much harder. Keep writing these Charline cause I definitely want to read them.

Pirates of the Caribbean 4

Ok, I'll admit part of my love for this movie is Johney Depp. He's hot enough that I almost don't mind that he's dirty in all of these movies. This one is definitely better then the last one. I really enjoyed Every moment of it. I did not dish out the extra 8 dollars for the 3d. I don't think I missed anything.

On another note. What is up with bringing your blanket to the theater? If you want to watch a movie cuddled up under a blanket wait for it to come out on dvd. I don't need your blanket brushing up against me while I'm trying to get my fantasy on.
