The Vampire and the Virgin byt Kerrelyn Sparks

Yes it is still kind of formula but it's also still great to go to when I need to not deal with the world for a few. So if you are avoiding the world as much as I am read these books. They're fun and unlikely to hit close to home unless you think you might be psychic being stalked by a serial killer. Probably not right. I mean how many of them could there be.

Sister of the Hedge and Other Stories by Jim C. Hines

This was great for any of you writer's who would like to be authors (of which I am one). Jim shares the stories and then the why's and how's behind the stories. If you don't wanna know just read the tales and skip the explanations but I think you'd be missing out. I've seen a few authors do this now and I've really enjoyed it. Looking for more.

Twice Bitten by Chloe Neill

Picks up from Friday Night Bites so just start at the beginning and read through all of them. It's really just one long book broken up into a bunch of publishing dates. You like vampires but you really could do without all the sex. Check these out. The adult content is minimal and you'll enjoy the mindless life of the vampire sentinel that really just worries about if she's going to live and if she might land a boyfriend who isn't using her for something other than love.

Blackout by Mira Grant

OMG great ending to the Newsflesh series. I am happy with the way it wrapped up and I'm glad she isn't going to just ride the cash cow 'til it kills itself. If you haven't heard of Mira Grant and you like Zombies, well then you gotta get your head out from under that rock, or stack of movies, and open feed. You'll read all the way through Blackout without stopping. MMmmmmmm Brains!
